Stagnoli’s new range of high-precision technopolymer industrial racks

Stagnoli has been designing and manufacturing standard and customised plastic gears since 1981. Today we are happy to announce the expansion of our range of industrial technopolymer racks, which have been designed to meet the demands of precision and reliability in industrial automation.
The main features of Stagnoli industrial racks
With decades of experience in the development ofindustrial racks, Stagnoli has developed considerable know-how in the manufacture of first-class, products Made in Italy. Our new precision racks stand out for their:
- High-quality materials: made of nylon PA6 reinforced with 30% fibreglass, they offer excellent mechanical properties to ensure strength and durability.
- No lubrication: thanks to the self-lubricating properties of the technopolymer used, our precision racks operate without the need for additional lubrication, therefore reducing maintenance costs and improving operational efficiency.
- Weight and noise reduction: the use of plastic materials allows a significant weight reduction compared to traditional metal racks, and contributes to quieter operation and easier installation.
- Tooth pitch precision: Stagnoli's industrial racks are ideal for applications which require accurate positioning—such as CNC machines and automated warehouses—as they ensure smooth and precise movement.
- Variety of modules and lengths: the range includes racks both with and without a co-moulded steel core which are available in different modules and lengths, so as to offer versatile solutions for various industrial applications.
In order to offer ever more precise and high-performance solutions, at Stagnoli we have recently expanded our catalogue of precision racks by introducing 2.5 modules, so as to guarantee optimum tooth pitch continuity. Compared to the previous range, the lengths have been standardised (with a standard length of 1000 mm) and pitch errors have been greatly reduced.
Stagnoli offers customised CNC machining services and the production of customised racks according to customer requirements for specific applications.
