In addition to the production of catalog parts, our technical department is able to develop customized projects to meet the needs of each customer and analyze together the planning and gear design of the transmission parts.

For us, the communication component is fundamental during the design phase. Our technicians follow the evolution of the project step by step, always keeping in touch with the customer and proposing the best solution to overcome the various problems detected during the planning and gear design phase.

Once the basic lines of the project have been established, the gear is shaped using a 3D CAD software that allows to follow all the different specifications in the best way possible, while for the calculations and 3D models of the evolvents we rely on KISSsoft software, internationally recognized as the best software in this sector. In addition to all the main geometric calculations, this program makes available numerous optimization functions including transmission performance, important data on coating, contact analysis and heat dissipation simulations.

Among our services there is also FEM filling analysis which, together with the study of the thermoplastic product deformations and numerous other simulations, allows avoiding mold setup steps, thus considerably shortening the design time.

Investments and cutting-edge tools allow us to keep up with the evolution of applied mechanical technology, but they would not be sufficient to achieve the high quality goal if they were not supported by the thirty-year experience of our specialized technicians, able to "read" the collected data, define the feasibility of the required tolerances and propose possible modifications to achieve the maximum precision and quality for gears and transmission parts.
