Pulleys

Our pulleys are made of polyamide based technopolymer (or PC) filled with glass fiber, with standard teeth, available with various profiles (HTD, T, AT XL etc). Our pulleys reduce noise, and the weight of the transmission; they can have a second ultrasonic welded flange and possibly a metal insert in case of high torques.

They are used in Packaging and bottling lines in CNC machines and in many other applications (pasta processing, cleaning machines, CCTV, etc.). They are available in various numbers of teeth and pitches.

They are normally supplied with a rough hole, but for minimum quantities we supply the finished custom-designed piece through CNC turning (holes, keys, grains, etc.).
